Located in the heart of Chinatown’s historic Dragon Alley, Free Form offers one of Victoria’s most unique barbershop experiences. A narrow corridor of weathered brick and wood beams, built in the 1890s. The weathered brick and wood beams create an energy that’s both historic and contemporary—feels like stepping into a quiet European alley lost in time.
Dragon Alley is a piece of Victoria that many locals have never discovered. This quiet, urbane passageway between Fisgard and Herald Streets now houses artists, craftspeople, and Victoria’s best barbershop.
We recommend arriving a few minutes early to soak in the stillness of the alley. Your reset begins before the first snip.

With over 12 years of experience and elite training under Victory Barbers’ world-renowned platform artists, Jordi brings precision, artistry, and soul to every cut. A former educator and ambassador with Statement Hair, she traveled across BC and Alberta teaching barbers of all skill levels.
But her proudest work? This creative oasis tucked away in Dragon Alley—her own space where she can work at an intentional pace. Victoria’s best barbershop.
Jordi’s approach blends technical mastery with nervous system awareness. She specializes in classic cuts, clean fades, and creative design work—but what clients remember most is how they feel when they leave: grounded, quiet, and seen.
All genders and hair types welcome. Free Form is a space for you to reset—no small talk required (unless you want it).

Do you take walk-ins?
All appointments are booked online to ensure every session is unrushed and intentional. This guarantees you get dedicated one-on-one attention with zero interruptions.
What are your hours?
Tuesday & Thursday: 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Wednesday & Friday: Earlier hours available
We recommend arriving a few minutes early to enjoy the quiet magic of Dragon Alley and settle into the experience.
What's your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rebooking. If you need to cancel with less notice, please text 250-507-9792 and we’ll work with you when possible. No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged the full service price.

We specialize in sharp, masculine-inspired cuts for a diverse clientele. Many of our clients are established professionals who want to stay current and polished, while others are seeking bold, authentic styles that reflect their true selves. All genders and hair types welcome.
What's the "Full Reset" package?
My favourite service to offer—a complete nervous system reset. Haircut, shave or beard design, scalp massage with hot stones, facial with lymphatic drainage, aromatherapy, eyebrow trim, and custom tallow balm finish. It’s meditative for me, and most clients fall asleep during the experience.
What if I want something creative or elaborate?
You’re in the right place. I specialize in taking references and turning them into something completely custom—whether it’s a mullet with a rat tail and braid, or abstract hair tattoos. Message me with your inspiration and we’ll book the right amount of time for your vision.
What products do you use?
Handmade, organic tallow balm that’s 100% natural with no additives—packed with vitamins A, D, E, and K. Essential oils for aromatherapy. No harsh chemicals or commercial brands. You can use the tallow balm on your entire body.
How often should I book?
Most clients come every 2–4 weeks to maintain their look. Some established professionals book every Friday for their “Fresh Faded Friday” ritual. Subscription packages available for regular clients who want consistent care.
